Refund Policy
At XquisiteMart, we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a refund.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and take a photo of the item. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.
Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refund requests made after 30 days from receiving your item will not be processed. We require photographic proof showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item compared to your order confirmation. Please review our size chart carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds for sizing issues.
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.
- The customer is responsible for any faults or damages after purchase.
- The customer finds the product at a lower price elsewhere.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, informing you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@shopxquisitemart.com.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
